Welcome to Anyway. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Anyway app and related services. By creating an account or using Anyway, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Anyway

You may use Anyway only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login information secure.

2. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you post to Anyway, including photos, videos, messages, comments, profile content, and other material you create or upload.

By posting content, you give Anyway a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and provide the service.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

You may not use Anyway to post, share, promote, or engage in content or behavior that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, exploitative, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech or content that attacks protected groups
• Sexual exploitation or abuse, including any sexual content involving minors
• Content that promotes or facilitates violence or illegal activity
• Impersonation, fraud, scams, or deceptive behavior
• Spam or repeated unwanted contact
• Content that violates another person's privacy, copyright, or other rights

4. Reporting and Moderation

Anyway provides tools to report users and content, block accounts, and manage your privacy. We may review reported content and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the service.

We are not obligated to keep any content available and may remove content when necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with the law, or protect users.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Anyway if an account violates these Terms, repeatedly abuses the service, creates a safety risk, or is used for unlawful activity.

You may delete your account using the account deletion tools provided in the app.

6. Privacy

Your use of Anyway is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep Anyway available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may change, be added, removed, or temporarily unavailable.

8. Disclaimer

Anyway is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no guarantees about the reliability, availability, or suitability of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anyway and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Anyway after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
